Attention KES Students in grades K-4: Remember that TOMORROW, Tuesday, January 24th, is our field trip to the movie theater in White Hall! Here's some important info to know: 1. You MUST have your permission slip turned in to go! 2. Students will be accompanied by KES teachers and staff. We are not taking parent chaperones. 3. Students will have the choice of seeing either "Puss In Boots" or "Lyle Lyle Crocodile." 4. No need to bring money. Popcorn and drinks provided! 5. We will eat lunch at KES upon return. 6. If there is a delay or school cancellation, the trip will be postponed to a later date.

These numbers are needed to plan for staffing in PreK and Kindergarten next year. Just get us the application page and you can send the documents in as you get them.

PCS will dismiss 2 hours early on Friday, January 13, 2023 and Monday, January 16, 2023 there is no school.

Tonight's PTA meeting has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you posted if it gets rescheduled.

Good Evening Our January Menu has been posted on our app. Tomorrow for breakfast we are having an apple cinnamon breakfast bar, fruit, milk and juice. For lunch it will be a cheeseburger with sweet potato wedges, baked beans, fruit and milk.

Holiday Spirit Week/Attendance Challenge Update: Since school is cancelled tomorrow, we have our PreK winner! Miss Megan’s Class will receive a popcorn surprise on Monday, December 19th! Be sure to come to school in your favorite holiday attire on FRIDAY to help your class make the “winner’s list” too! It's our last FULL WEEK OF SCHOOL before Christmas Break! The Attendance Team at KES is getting into the Holiday Spirit, and here's how: Monday: Falalala Flannel Day Wear your favorite flannel. Tuesday: Candy Cane Day Wear red and white. Wednesday: Holiday PJ Day Wear your favorite holiday or winter pajamas to school. Thursday: Holiday Headwear Day Wear a favorite holiday or winter hat or headband. Friday: Holiday Spirit Day Wear your favorite holiday attire. The homeroom from each grade level with the lowest number of absences for the week will earn a POPCORN PARTY to be held on Monday, December 19th!
