Tickets for the Drive-through Spaghetti Dinner (4/29/22) are ON SALE NOW! Adults are $10, Children are $7. Put your cash or check made payable to KES PTA in an envelope with a note as to how many adults and how many children's tickets. We will send your tickets home with your child.
You can also stop by the main office and purchase tickets from Mrs. Lansberry.
Preston County Schools is accepting applications for substitute cooks, custodians, and aides through the end of the week. Interested applicants need to visit the job posting site at https://prestonboe.tedk12.com/hire/index.aspx
In addition, the required classes and testing for each of these jobs are scheduled for this week with the class for custodians beginning at 8 AM and for cooks at 10 AM at the BOE Boardroom on Thursday, April 7th. The class for aides is scheduled to begin at 8 AM at the BOE on Friday, April 8th.

The Grandfamilies Program in Preston County provide educational workshops
that provide support to grandparent caregivers. They will cover the day-to-day
challenges that happen while raising a grandchild.
The program is free to attend and will be held in the evening for two hours. See picture for dates, locations and times
KES K-4 Parents: Be on the lookout! Applications for Summer Learning 2022 will be coming home today for those students who have been recommended by a teacher. Please return forms ASAP to secure a spot!

Preston County Schools names, Bradley Martin, as the next superintendent at the March 28, 2022 Board Meeting
Preston County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay for tomorrow, Monday, March 28th. Maintenance, mechanics, & custodians report on a regular schedule, & all other students and staff will report on a 2-hour delay. The scheduled RCD training will proceed at 10 AM and the BOE meeting will proceed at 1 PM. This message is from Preston County Schools using the Thrillshare automated calling system.

Tickets are now on sale for the PTA Drive-thru Spaghetti Dinner on 4/29/22. Adults are $10.00 donations; children are $7.00 donations. Menu is spaghetti, salad, bread, and dessert. To purchase tickets, send cash or check made out to KES PTA. Include your child's name/teacher name on the outside of the envelope. Indicate how many adult tickets and children tickets are needed. We will return an envelope with your tickets. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the dinner.
