Who doesn’t love a good snowball fight?! PBIS monthly drawing winners in grades K-5 attended an incentive in the gym where they participated in a battle of snowballs with their teachers! These students spent tickets earned for following school-wide expectations at their classroom STOMP Store. Their ticket was then drawn from the monthly grade level incentive drawing. If you are seeing “tardies” on your student’s attendance records, it may be due to being signed out before dismissal. This code doesn’t always refer to a late arrival. We hope this answers some of the questions regarding student attendance for the first semester. As always, if you have questions or concerns, you can contact Mrs. Brewer, Secretary Kim, or Mrs. Peaslee.

Tardies aren't always coming late, they can be issued when leaving early, too

Due to the deep snow on the Fireman's Field and projected rain for the week in the forecast, we will be changing our evening dismissal in an effort to keep everyone safe and avoid vehicles getting stuck. We will NOT stage Parent Pick-Up on the Fireman’s Field from January 23 through January 26th. Families, park within walking distance to KES. Report to the exterior doors of the gym. You will give the student's name to a staff member located at the gym doors closest to the Early Childhood Building. Please be prepared to show ID! Then, wait in line for your child. Staff members will bring students to you . We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
