A required class for anyone interested in becoming a substitute custodian for Preston County Schools is scheduled on Thursday, January 13th, 2022 at the Preston County BOE Boardroom. The custodian class will begin at 12:30 PM.
All potential applicants must be a high school graduate, pass the online custodian exam given at the class, complete a criminal background check, and will need to submit a bid for the position by visiting https://prestonboe.tedk12.com/hire/index.aspx.

Our school social studies fair is today! Our students have worked so hard to research and prepare their projects and speeches. We are so proud of them! We have participants from 4th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.
The gym will be open from 3 - 5:00 pm today. If you would like to see your students project set-up, you are welcome to stop by. Please remember all students, staff and visitors must wear a mask. I will also be creating a virtual "tour" of the fair that you can check out from home.
Our award ceremony will take place tomorrow morning at school. Winners will be announced via message and social media. This ceremony is closed to the public, but we will be holding an in-person recognition event in the spring for all of our winners.
