Tomorrow begins National School Lunch Week. President John F. Kennedy created National School Lunch Week (NSLW) in 1962 to promote the importance of a healthy school lunch in a child's life, and the impact it has inside and outside of the classroom. We have selected fan favorites to highlight the week, as well as focusing on a "farm to table" day on Wednesday, featuring WV pork and fruits. And as always in Preston County Schools, all students eat for FREE.
Good evening. East Eagles Girls Basketball will hold flex practice on Thursday, October 16th and Friday, October 17th from 6 pm - 8 pm. All middle school girls are welcome to attend.
Good afternoon. Terra Alta East Preston School is without water at this time. However, the county is bringing us jugs of water to flush toilets, and we have bottled water if students need a drink. We've decided it is too close to the end of our day to dismiss, and we do not want to place extra burden on parents with an early dismissal. Therefore, we will finish our school day today as scheduled. We just want to make families aware that we are without water, but we do have plans in place. Thank you.

There have been on again, off again phone issues reported at Central, South Preston, Terra Alta, PHS, and the Board of Education Offices. This is an external, Frontier issue. We are working to get them resolved. Calls are able to be made, but quality is hit or miss. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our apologies for any confusion. All upcoming dates are correct, but subject to change due to weather or other circumstances.
Today we want to give a special shoutout to our awesome custodians - Ms. Donna, Ms. Stephanie, and Mr. Samson who keep our school clean and safe. They are always willing to help and they care about our school and our kids. Thank you so much for all you do!
