Preston County Schools will be dismissing at approx. 11:30 AM from all schools except Preston HIgh School. Busses from Preston High will be dissmissing as soon they can return to PHS, approx. 12:30-12:45. Student drivers will be dismissed ahead of busses.

The Preston County Board of Education met on August 30, 2021, and issued a mask mandate through September 27, 2021, when the issue will be revisited. If all students are masked, CDC, state board, and local health department guidelines state that an exposed student would not have to be quarantined. This should help us keep students in school for now. https://youtu.be/TMe1nED-UUs
